These terms apply to your use of drafty, operated by Drafty LLC, Zephyr House, Fifth Floor, 122 Mary Street, George Town, PO Box 31493, Grand Cayman KY1-1206, Cayman Islands. By signing in you agree to them. drafty is in a test phase: it is free to use, it changes often, and things may break.

your account

• Sign in with your own Google or X account. One account per person; keep access to it to yourself.
• You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

your content

• What you add and what drafty writes or generates for you is yours. You give us the right to store and process it as far as needed to run the service for you — see the privacy policy.
• Only add material you’re allowed to use, and accounts or wallets you have a legitimate reason to follow.

AI-generated posts

• Posts, images and summaries are written by AI. They can be wrong, outdated or unsuitable. Review everything before it goes out — you decide what is published, and you’re responsible for it.
• Nothing drafty writes is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, including posts about crypto assets, tokens or markets.
• Sponsored posts must be marked as advertising where the law or the platform requires it.

publishing on your behalf

When you connect X or Telegram, you allow drafty to publish the posts you approve or schedule, at the time shown, on the accounts and channels you chose. You can disconnect at any time in settings. You’re responsible for following the rules of each platform.

fair use

Don’t use drafty for anything unlawful, for spam, harassment or deception, to impersonate others, or to get around platform rules. Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

availability and liability

• During the test phase drafty is provided as it is, without guaranteed availability. Keep your own copies of important content.
• We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of service.

ending

You can stop using drafty at any time and delete your account in settings, or ask us to (drafty@methlabs.io). We may end the test phase or close accounts with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.

changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we let you know in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Questions: drafty@methlabs.io.
